We’re thrilled to have you with us and can’t wait to help make your stay truly memorable. To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, please review the important information below about your upcoming visit.

Be on the lookout for an email one day before your arrival with a reminder to review and accept our Terms and Conditions in advance—this will help speed up your check-in process. With these details in hand, you’ll be ready to relax, explore, and enjoy everything Cruisin’ the Coast has to offer.

ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS

• Check-In Times:
  • RV Sites: 1:00 p.m.
  • Beach Bungalows & Cottages: 4:00 p.m.
• Upon Arrival:
  • RV Guests: Drive directly to your assigned site (found in your reservation confirmation) to avoid traffic congestion at front entrance, then check in at the office within one hour of parking in your site to receive your check in packet.
  • Bungalow & Cottage Guests: Please check in at the front desk upon arrival.

PARKING & VEHICLE PASSES

• All vehicles and tows must be parked at your designated site.
• No parking on grass, roads, or in undesignated areas.
• Clubhouse parking is reserved for guests using the amenity area and may not be used for overflow parking.
• Nearby overflow parking options are available to our guests at discounted rates by the following nearby locations. Contact them directly for availability and pricing.

RE-ENTRY & GATE ACCESS

• Security will be at entrance gate daily checking for Vehicle pass and wristbands for re-entry to Resort.
•  Gates close nightly at 6:00 p.m. for your safety. Always keep your access code with you when leaving the resort.
• Do not share your access code with anyone not listed on your reservation.
• Night patrols: Security will be on patrol at night checking vehicle passes and wristbands. Anyone found on the resort without a valid pass or wristband will be asked to leave immediately.

2027 CRUISIN’ THE COAST RESERVATIONS

We’re happy to offer all current guests priority booking and first right of refusal for the site you currently occupy. To take advantage of this, please be sure to rebook by Sunday, October 11, 2026. If you’d like to switch to a different site, just let the front desk know and we’ll add you to our priority waiting list. Should any sites become available after the deadline, we’ll reach out with the opportunity to move. Please note that upgrading to a different site category may come with an additional charge. Once the priority waiting list has been completed, reservations will open to the public.

Important Reservation Information & Terms:

• Priority booking ends Sunday, October 11, 2026.
• Deposit: 50% due at booking
• Minimum Stay: 6 nights (Oct.3–9, 2027)
• Cancellation Policy:
  • 30+ days prior: $25 fee
  • Less than 30 days: Deposit (50%) forfeited
  • No-shows/early departures: No refunds
• Remaining balances will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.

We encourage you not to wait until departure day to book your reservation, as most guests are checking out on the same day. Book early at the front desk during your stay to secure your site for next year!

Want a spot for next year’s adventure? Call or email the Resort starting Wednesday, October 19, 2026 to get on our waiting list.

Email requests must include your full name & phone number.

If a site opens, we’ll call with details. Here’s what to know:

• Deposit: 50% at booking
• Minimum Stay: 6 nights between Oct 3–9, 2027
• Cancellation Policy:
  • 30+ days: $25 fee
  • <30 days: 50% deposit forfeited
  • No shows/early departures: no refunds
• Remaining balances auto-charged 30 days before arrival
• First right of refusal for next year

Guests who book for Cruising the Coast 2027 will receive first right of refusal for the following year’s event.
