Monthly Rate Information

Booking

Winter monthly reservations can be made directly online or by calling us at (228) 207-9442.

Summer monthly reservations cannot be made online. Please call resort to make a reservation.

Deposit

Pay in full for one month’s stay (plus resort fee and taxes) at the time of booking.

Can extend up to 3 months. The next month will be due in full, 7 days prior to following month’s stay and will be automatically charged.

Rates are based on the maximum occupancy of 4 guests per site. There is an additional charge of $5.00 per guest, per night. The individual reserving the site must be a minimum of 21 years of age and be physically present at the time of check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of more than 30 days will incur a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 30 days will forfeit their deposit. Cancellations must be made in writing, by email, to info@gulfportluxuryrvresort.com. Early departures, for any reason, are not eligible for refunds.
